Project Brief: HDFleet sells Dash Cams with GPS Tracking in the trucking industry.

They are using Zoho CRM to track their sales pipeline and we integrated it with and helped them personalize Zoho Inventory for inventory management and shipping.  Next we used Zoho Flow to integrate their front end WooCommerce shopping cart with Zoho Inventory so that customers were automatically inserted into their CRM and their orders could be tracked and inventory managed.  Lastly we helped them with their Zoho Desk configuration and reporting which enables their customer service team to manage service requests.
